Fairs are an ideal platform for the exchange of experiences and information with customers and business partners. In economically difficult periods however companies are often tended to renounce for reasons of costs. The Aerzener Maschinenfabrik has exactly done the contrary in the past year: All fairs have been carried out in the planned scope and in the course of the year there were even several further events. Customer dialogue and customer orientation were and are in the centre for Aerzen. And as the visitor numbers show the presentations of the products and services, the customers’ requirements were fulfilled: Against the general trend Aerzen’s stands recorded a higher visitor frequency on all events compared with previous fairs.
Energy efficiency in Focus
Concerning the environmental fair WEFTEC in USA Aerzen successfully counted on the cooperation of the subsidiaries in Canada, Mexico and South-America. They mutually informed many interests of North-, Middle- and South America on the energy efficiency of Aerzen’s products. Even in the environmental technology this is an important characteristic for the selection of the machines. Therefore not surprising that the energy efficiency was also the dominating theme of the environmental fair VA in Stockholm where the Swedish subsidiary Aerzen Svenska showed its flag.
Customers accept dialogue
On the MAINTAIN in Munich Aerzen’s After-Sales-Service was represented with an own stand for the first time. There the visitors were informed about spare part service, advice and diagnosis possibilities, maintenance and maintenance contracts as well as services concerning repairs. Furthermore a cooperator of the Belgian cooperation partner Abaris was on location. Beside the international fair presence the Aerzener Maschinenfabrik also looks for the individual dialogue with customers and operators with the Roadshow “Energy efficiency on Tour”. The success of these events as well as further fair participations and info-seminars is a nice confirmation and support of the fact that the customers appreciate the strong dialogue orientation and customer orientation.
