Even with the maximum efforts of our service technicians during maintenance on Aerzen Positive displacement machines it cannot be excluded, that, in spite of the maintenance, on one of your machines a bearing damage occurs. The reason is, that we cannot look through the housing parts, to get information about the bearings.

Therefore the Aerzen operating manual gives recommendations for the exchange of the bearing- and sealing parts in the field of preventive maintenance.

We offer a regular vibration measurement (FFT-analysis) of your machines via a maintenance contract. With this, we still cannot look through the housing parts, but our engineers have the necessary equipment to make visible e.g. bearing vibrations or meshing frequencies etc. on their measuring units and they have the necessary experience to judge them. This judgement is based upon reference values of the past and experiences gathered via numerous measurements.
This means for you that you are sure, that only machines are overhauled, which absolutely need to. This saves costs for you.

Machine diagnosis

• Preparing a measuring route from the design data (-elements) of the blowers and/or compressor stages to be measured.
