Aerzen provides top quality blowers and compressors for a variety of applications,
including:
Food and Pharmaceutical Applications
Environmental and Water Treatment
Cement, Aggregates
and Minerals Industry
Chemical,
Petro Chemical and Plastics Industry
Power Generation
Aerzen oil free blowers and oil free screw compressors are used to supply
100% oil free air to various food (baked goods, beverage, meat
packing, poultry, etc.) and pharmaceutical processes.
Principal application is pneumatic conveying in both vacuum and
pressure modes to handle the transfer of dry bulk materials such
as flour, salt, sugar, grain, spices, chocolate and milk powder,
and other natural and manmade food processing dry materials used
in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Most popular are the AERZEN Delta Blower packages with flows from
35 cfm (60 m3/h) to 8500 cfm (14,400 m3/h), pressures
up to 15 psi (1,000 mbar) or 10 psi (700 mbar) depending on the blower
sizes and
vacuum to 15”Hg (-500 mbar).
AERZEN screw compressor packages provide intake volume flows up
to 8500 cfm (14,400 m3/h) and 30 psig i.e. 5600 cfm (9500
m3/h) up
to 51 psig (3.5 bar g). These machines can be used as very efficient
dry screw vacuum pumps down to 85% continuous vacuum or 25.5”Hg
(-850 mbar).

Clean water is essential for sustaining life. The treatment of wastewater
from industry or municipalities relies on microorganisms, which
require properly managed oxygenation of the water for an effective
and efficient
process. The filtration process for drinking water uses a controlled
airflow to scour filter beds or clean membranes.
Aerzen oil free positive displacement blowers and screw compressors
offer the lowest maintenance and highest efficiency over the course
of the year, and are the ideal combination for diffused air systems
and air scour systems.
The AERZEN, Blower packages are available for airflows up to 40,000
cfm and pressures up to 15 psig. Oil-free screw compressors are suited
for higher pressure applications up to 50 psi. and flows to 8,500
cfm.
Odor Control and digester or landfill gas applications are also
easily accommodated by modified versions of the blowers and compressors
suited to the gas and hazardous area classification.
For larger flows or special applications please contact

The principal application is dilute or dense phase pneumatic conveying
in both vacuum and pressure modes, for the transfer of cement, raw meal,
limestone, fly-ash, dust, pulverized coal and for the fluidizing, conditioning
and blending of these and other materials.
These materials are transferred to and from trucks, railcars, barges,
ships, silos, hoppers, dust collection systems and other bulk transfer
components.
Vacuum as well as pressure is used to operate packaging machines,
package and handle final products.
Most popular are the AERZEN, Delta Blower packages, available for
intake volume flows of 35 cfm (60 m3/h) up to 8500 cfm (240 m3/h)
and pressures up to 15 psi (1,000 mbar) or 10 psi (700 mbar) depending
on the blower sizes.
Oil-free screw compressors supply air flows up to 8500 cfm at pressures
ranging from 12 psig (0.8 bar g) to 50 psig (3.5 bar g) or 30 psig
(2.0 bar g).
Ideal for cement plant applications, the machines do not require
any cooling water. The compression is oil-free and the lubricant
does not contaminate the downstream air. The machines are very insensitive
to dusty environments.
Both Aerzen blowers and compressors are used as very efficient
dry vacuum pumps down to 85% continuous vacuum (-25.5”Hg).

Blowers and compressors are used to convey, boost and compress a myriad
of inert, corrosive, and explosive gases found in chemical plants and
refineries. Gases include nitrogen, hydrogen, natural gas, flare and
vent gas, chlorine
gas and various hydrocarbon combinations to name only a few.
Inert gases can often be handled by oil-injected screw compressors,
while hydrocarbons and contaminated gases such as flare and coke
oven gas require blowers and special purpose oil free compressors.
Dry bulk raw and finished materials such as plastic pellets are
often conveyed pneumatically. In many cases, synthetic powders are
explosive and nitrogen rather than air must be used to safely convey
materials. This requires gastight machines.
Most popular are the AERZEN,
Delta Blower packages, for air, nitrogen or other neutral gases
from35 cfm (60 m3/h) to 8500 cfm (240 m3/h),
pressures up to 15 psi (1,000 mbar) or 10 psi (700 mbar) depending
on the blower sizes and vacuum to 15”Hg (-500 mbar).
Oil-free screw compressors for air, nitrogen or other neutral gases
supply flows up to 8500 cfm at pressures ranging from 12 psig (0.8
bar g) to 50 psig (3.5 bar g) or 30 psig (2.0 bar g) or vacuum to
85% continuous (-25.5”Hg).
Most reliable under the most demanding
conditions, the machines do not require any cooling water. The
compression is oil-free and the
lubricant does not contaminate the product downstream.

Aerzen blowers, compressors and dry vacuum pumps are used for conveying
coal, fly-ash and limestone. Other applications include reverse
air dust collectors, pollution control and flue gas desulphurization
processes.
Most
