Basic functions and standard features:

• The device's front and control panel are rated Nema 4 (Nema 4X optional).
• Siemens 4”x6” color touch screen HMI with Siemens PLC and I/O module
• Fail-safe and shielded wiring to all transmitters: should the wire and / or transmitter fail the iAir Pneumatic Control will shut the blower down automatically
• Automatic restart upon power failure (software switch activated)
• Protection against immediate restarting upon shutdown
• Standard control voltage for the controller is 110VAC. Option: 24 VDC
• Control voltage for the outputs and for the optional unloading system may be different from the iAir Pneumatic Control voltage; 110V is standard
• Control voltage for the inputs: 110VAC (24VDC optional)
• Control of Wye-Delta starter, across-the-line-starter
• MCC or a variable speed drive
• Time delay function for low oil pressure shut-down
• Operating-hour meter
• Single, dry contact for alarm and shut down signal
• Local emergency stop button that may be directly wired to the iAir Pneumatic Control inputs or integrated in series into the customer’s wiring
