Aerzen’s 22nd subsidiary company established in China

Together with some folkloristic entertainment and 80 invited guests from customer- and supplier side Mr. Klaus-Hasso Heller, managing director of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH opened in Shanghai the 22nd subsidiary company of Aerzen group.

After the taking-over in 2004 of Azon Engineering – former representation responsible for this region and the establishment of Aerzen Asia in Singapore a representation office of this subsidiary company had taken care of the Chinese market in Shanghai.

On an area of 400 m² for office and 900 m² for factory hall at present, 13 employees (all Chinese), incl. 5 service technicians work with this sales- and service company ‘Aerzen International Trading (Shanghai) Co. Ltd.’ and take care of the steadily increasing Chinese market directly.
These employees had been prepared in Aerzen for their tasks and are still trained in regular intervals in their parent company in Aerzen. Mrs. Annie Lu (Manager China Operation) has been entitled to take over the management of this subsidiary company – this is the first time in Aerzen history that a woman takes over the leading position of a company. Thanks to the growth of Chinese businesses, at the same time the production place of the main factory in Aerzen is strengthened furthermore.
