DELTA CARE stands for extended guarantee
Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH, founded 1864, is a leading manufacturer of positive displacement blowers and screw compressors which are used in various production fields world-wide. The units are designed for the conveyance of air and neutral gases and find special application in the water-/sewage industry (basin aeration, filter backwashing) and in the pneumatics (pneumatic conveyance of bulk material), but also in many other branches, such as materials processing plants and in the environmental protection sector. The various application areas world-wide of the known Aerzen machines present also for the after-sales service a special challenge. Besides the ordinary tasks, such as repairs, assemblies and spare parts; the requirement of preventive measures increases steadily, in order to avoid needless and cost-intensive production losses.
This in mind Aerzener Maschinenfabrik developed the new guarantee contract called DELTA CARE. By means of this contract the guarantee period for new machines can be extended up to 5 years. You pay an attractive, annual fee and all necessary maintenance work will be carried out for you by Aerzen experienced staff. This also includes original spare parts, maintenance materials such as air filters, V-belts and oil filters as well as all wear parts of the units. Upon ordering the DELTA CARE ‘Carefree package’, the liability of defects will be prolonged by Aerzener Maschinenfabrik up to 5 years.
Besides the new guarantee contract Aerzen also offers sound measurements and -optimizations as well as machine diagnosis as additional services. Furthermore, there are also rental machines available, especially designed for additional or sudden air consumption. All blower- and compressor units –installed in an open container- are equipped with frequency converters and are supplied ready for connection and to be commissioned by Aerzen experts. Several service stations within Europe as well as 24 h - hotline free of charge guarantee prompt availability.
