Due to the large number of machines installed on the market we have a permanently increasing maintenance potential. In order to cover this potential optimally it is necessary to develop custom-made maintenance products, which makes it possible for us to meet nearly every requirement of our customers on the market as exactly as possible.

Based on this requirement in the field of preventive maintenance and repair we developed numerous maintenance contracts, which are sequential concerning the scope of performances (complement each other) and meet the requirements of your machine(s) as exactly as possible.

The contract types complement each other, starting from partial maintenance 1 representing the introductory contract type, via partial maintenance 2 and the maintenance and repair contract up to the full maintenance contract (full service) with full liability for defects for the contract period, two service employments every year, 24 h service and no further costs for spare parts or repairs.

The inspection- and check lists especially prepared for Aerzen Positive Displacement blower- and compressor units, which are worked on during every maintenance employment, cover the scope of work being absolutely necessary for the maintenance of your machine optimally.

If on occasion of the employment we find that further steps (work) are/is necessary these are included in the check lists and documented, and upon receipt at our factory our quotation dept. will submit a corresponding quotation. Each one copy of these lists is for the customer and for the factory Aerzen.

• contract period 3 years
• use of Aerzen OEM parts
• invoicing of spare parts used in addition to maintenance fee as per expenditure
• liability for defects on work carried out and spare parts installed
• annual fee incl. travel expenses as well as costs for food and accommodation

Partial maintenance 2

• contract period 3 years
• use of Aerzen OEM parts
• air filters, V-belts, oil filters, compression sleeves

Optimum contracts

Maintenance and repair contract

• contract period 5 years
• use of Aerzen OEM parts
• All the wear- and spare parts of the unit and the blower- and compressor stage
  are included in the fee
• Full liability for defects for the contract period
• maintenance fee incl. travel expenses as well as costs for food and accommodation

Full maintenance contract (Full service)

• contract period 5 years
• use of Aerzen OEM parts
• All the wear- and spare parts of the unit and the stage are included in the maintenance fee.
• A revision (exchange of bearings and sealings) during the contract period
• Full liability for defects for the contract period
• 24 h service, 7 days a week, 24 h availability via service hotline
• maintenance fee incl. travel expenses as well as costs for food and accommodation
